SENIOR FELLOWS PROGRAM APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in the 2020 OFA Senior Fellows Program.
The Opportunities for All (OFA) program provides access to career exploration and workforce development, focusing on equitable access to these opportunities through workforce connection, support and job resources for both job seekers and employers alike.
The OFA Senior Fellow is a supervisory position, offered to previous fellows who have shown exemplary leadership skills. The Senior Fellow will lead a cohort of 10 OFA Fellows, and offer support, guidance, and encouragement. The Senior Fellow will report to the OFA Coordinator.
The OFA Senior Fellows Program is a partnership between the City and County of San Francisco, Human Rights Commission, Collective Impact, JCYC, and Coro Northern California.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the implementation of the goals and objectives of OFA
Work directly with OFA Coordinator to ensure all students are being served, compensated properly, and are fully engaged their placements and activities
Oversight of 10 OFA Fellows
Bi-Weekly Check ins with assigned fellows
Weekly check-ins with OFA Coordinator
Support OFA and Coro in recruitment, training, and training sessions
Support placement efforts
Mediate communication with other fellows and participants
Additional duties, as assigned
ELIGIBILITY
College Junior, Senior, Graduate, or workforce employee,
21 - 25 years oldFormer Lead participant of OFA or CSI (Community Safety Initiative)
Resume
Letter of recommendation from Professor or former
CSI/OFA Site Supervisor

San Francisco's young people ages 14-24 find summer employment
and long-term career opportunities.
The San Francisco Human Rights Commission (HRC) is a charter commission of the City and County of San Francisco that enforces City Ordinances and policies on nondiscrimination and works to increase equality, human rights and social and economic progress for all.
Collective Impact's mission is to provide youth, families and programs with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Coro Northern California is a nonprofit organization that trains, supports, and connects leaders to foster a thriving democracy and tackle society's biggest challenges together.
